Booking terms

Cheap Flights to Pakistan is a trading name of Ontime Travel Ltd (IATA 91285495). We act as an agent for the airlines and our ticket issuing authority. Your contract for the flight is with the airline, whose conditions of carriage apply.

Advertised fares

Fares shown on this website are advertised prices per adult, return unless stated, including taxes at the time of publication. They are subject to availability on your dates and are confirmed to you in writing before any payment is taken. A fare is only guaranteed once the ticket is issued.

Payment

We accept debit cards, credit cards and bank transfer. Where a deposit is taken, the balance is due by the date stated on your confirmation. Tickets are issued once payment clears.

Changes and cancellations

Airline change and cancellation fees apply as set out in the fare rules sent with your quote. Our own administration fee for changes is stated on your confirmation. Names must match passports exactly; name changes are usually not permitted by airlines.

Financial protection

Flights booked through us are atol protected via our ticket issuing authority. You receive an ATOL certificate with your e-tickets explaining what is protected.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, and a visa, NICOP or POC where required, for every passenger. We are happy to advise but cannot accept liability for refused boarding or entry.
